The owner is an absolute clown with a massive ego and zero brain. Clearly has no idea how to run a bar, let alone talk to customers. Acts like some big-shot king while the place itself is a complete sh*thole. If stupidity had a face, it would be this owner. Instead of fixing problems, this dumbass prefers giving attitude. No professionalism, no manners, just pure arrogance mixed with incompetence.
