Blue Channel in Hotel Sapphire is serving from last 20 years in twin city. Food quality is always Excellent with high hygiene standards. One of best restaurant in yamuna nagar.

The liquor bottle we were consuming was stolen by the waiter and was also verified through the CCTV Footage. The hotel manager was really rude and unprofessional . I was a regular client but would now move to other good options available in the town. Stay away from this place as this is no longer a good place and the management is now terrible

The staff behaviour is not good here , The quality and taste of food is declining on every visit , The standards of this place are going poor , being a regular customer from last many years I really feel bad about this place now not at all satisfied with staff now . will not come here now.

Sapphire was known for two things good food and costly food. Though cost still remains the same , food quality has gradually gone down. Need urgent intervention to improve food and attitude.
