Doma Wang & Sachiko Seth X Udit Mittal
Doma Wang - Chef
Known as the “Momo Queen of Kolkata,” Doma Wang has built her life around preserving the flavours of her Tibetan and Himalayan roots. Her restaurant Blue Poppy Thakali has become synonymous with authentic, soul-deep mountain cuisine. A natural storyteller, she brings to the table not only recipes but memories of a region, a family, and a way of life.
Sachiko Seth - Chef
Chef and collaborator Sachiko Seth represents the next generation of Himalayan food culture. Having grown up within her mother’s culinary world, she bridges nostalgia with modern sensibility - interpreting mountain food with technique, lightness, and elegance. Together with Doma, she is redefining what it means to inherit a tradition and make it new again.
Udit Mittal - Artist (Architect)
An architect whose work exists between restraint and rebellion, Udit Mittal constructs atmospheres that feel both tactile and transcendent. His spaces invite quiet observation and sensory depth. At The Noodle Factory, he builds more than a set - he sculpts emotion in form, using light, texture, and geometry to transform Doma’s lived memory into an inhabitable experience.
