1. Please adhere to the time. Any delay in starting the journey means much less time for enjoyment.

2. Try to be there five minutes before the pick-up time, as you may need to find the exact location for pick-up, and the bus may not stop at the exact location (due to traffic rules/no-stopping areas, etc.). These five minutes will help us with better co-ordination.

3. We have designed the route and timing based on our trivial experience, so the bus may reach a point early or late. If it reaches early, it will surely wait for you. If it reaches late, please be patient and wait. Don’t go elsewhere (as this will again result in lots of calling/coordination, causing delay and reduced time for the entire outing).

4. If you miss the bus, then you will have to come on your own to the venue.

5.One person will be on board from the starting point – kindly contact him for any clarification on that day.

6. On the event day, any communication will be made through your registered phone number (for the event) – so charge it fully and keep it switched on.

7. This event is for you, for your enjoyment. Timely arrival will ensure that we are able to spend most of the time in the pandals rather than on the road. None of us wants to reduce the joy. We would also like to wrap up as soon as possible, as we need to reach back from the last venue. Kindly keep this in mind and follow the rules for hassle-free fun.

8. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited before or during the journey.

9. No refund or cancellation will be entertained after the seats are confirmed.
