An evening of Kabir's bhajans, performed by Yusra Naqvi, a Mahindra Kabir Festival artist trained under Padma Shri Pt. Madhup Mudgal, with insights and commentary by Dr Purushottam Agrawal, one of the foremost researchers on Kabir.
Kabir was a weaver, spending his days at the loom, watching cloth take shape from almost nothing. In that same rhythm - the pull and release, the patience, the making of something from nothing - he found everything he needed to say about life.
He said it simply. He said it beautifully. Six hundred years later, it still has not lost its edge.
