About the Program

“The European Way of Modern Coaching” is a 2-day international coaches clinic designed to help you think, plan, and coach like a modern football coach. Led by Aintzane Encinas, this program brings you closer to how coaching is actually taught and practiced in Europe — with a strong focus on understanding the game, not just running drills.

Across two intensive days, you will learn coaching methodology, session design, player development, leadership, and communication — along with significant on-field coaching time in real game scenarios.

About Aintzane Encinas

Aintzane Encinas is a former professional footballer from Spain, who played for Real Sociedad for over 13 seasons.

After her playing career, she transitioned into coaching and player development, bringing deep insights from the game at the highest level.

She is the founder of Tximist Foundation, focused on grassroots development and creating opportunities for young players, and also serves as an ambassador for the La Liga Foundation.

Her journey from elite player to coach shapes her approach — focused on developing people, improving decision-making, and building intelligent players and coaches.
