A private 6-course dinner experience — one night, no crowds, just the chef and a small group of guests.

The night runs: amuse-bouche → entrée → a curated flight from our test kitchen → signature dessert, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served alongside each course.

Guests get first access to concepts we haven't released yet, plus a walkthrough from the founders on how the menu was built — the sourcing, the thinking, the process behind it.
