To keep the Poila Boishakh celebrations going, we’ve set the table for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
Centered around a 7-course tasting menu, this intimate supper reinterprets classic Bengali flavors with a fresh, contemporary approach, balancing nostalgia with a modern twist.
Special Menu for the evening:
1. Creamy Potato Salad with Radhuni Dressing
Cold potato salad in a yoghurt sauce, finished with an earthy radhuni tadka
2. VP Style Puchka
Crunchy puchka shells stuffed with a chatpata filling, served with tangy tamarind water.
3. Peyaj Posto Bite (Toontooni’s Table Signature)
Caramelised onions with poppy-seed paste, served on a rice cracker
4. Chop & Chips
Crunchy chicken or veg chops served with chips, Bengal’s take on fish and chips
5. Grillardin Special Dish
6. Bhaat, Bhaja & Bhorta Platter
Gobindobhog rice served with brown ghee from Bengal, accompanied by:
Chingri bhorta, Kancha posto bata, Potol bata, Doi maach / Begun bhaja
7. Chocolate & Orange Mousse
Dark chocolate citrus mousse, served with nolen gur cream and a hint of sea salt
