A Brief Study Of
Spend an unhurried afternoon reading and writing at the club. A limited series dedicated to exploring specific areas of interest through reading, researching, note-taking, and writing.

To get us started, we have a loose theme of recipes and cookbooks.
Do you have family recipes you've been meaning to organise, document, or compile? Have you wanted to write about the peculiarities of home cooking? Are you looking for inspiration to cook more, discover new recipes, or connect with people who have fascinating food stories to share?
You are invited to bring their favourite cookbooks to share with the group or spend the afternoon exploring books brought by others.
Please note that you can read/ work through any topic of your choice. The idea is that we spend a slow and thoughtful afternoon browsing, discussing, note-taking, and collecting materials that spark curiosity.
About the club:
The Eleven AM Club is a space for slow, intentional gatherings where time stretches, stories unfold, and creativity finds room to breathe. Whether it's writing, drawing, cooking, reading, playing, or simply being present, the club encourages meaningful moments without rush or agenda.
