This November, Chef Tam of Oberoi Bengaluru’s celebrated Thai restaurant Rim Naam joins Chef Klae at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai, for a special five-evening pop-up at India Jones.

Together, they bring Isaan’s distinctive food traditions to the table, celebrating its vibrant ingredients and bold flavours.
