'A Murder in Brooklyn' is a short English story about the murder of a senior detective Patrick Maloney by his wife, Mary. It's about rage and agony of rejection that led to a fatal murder. Mary being in a state of anosogonsia by the announcement of Patrick leaving her and their unborn child, regains her senses after killing him. The story takes a turn when the other detectives come over the place and get engaged in the investigation to find the culprit who did such a brutal thing to their friend. The story further moves forward according to a smartly created plot by Mary, misleading the investigation until everything falls into place.
