Mumbai Star - The Dance Musical follows the story of Dev, a young man from a tiny coastal village who leaves his home to fulfill his dream of becoming a star. His journey brings him to Mumbai, where he sets his sights on winning Mumbai Star — a dance show that will open the door to stardom for him. With no plan and only a small gift of money in his pocket, he arrives in Mumbai with nothing but raw talent and a dream.

In his quest to succeed, Dev discovers both the harshness and tenderness of the city, confronts his own demons, navigates the spectre of forbidden love, and is inspired by his mentor — an anchor, guide, and the relationship that becomes his lighthouse.

Will Dev be defeated by Mumbai, or become its star? Will he win the fame, fortune, and love he seeks?

Set to a powerful, multi-genre original soundtrack, electrifying choreography, and spectacular staging, Mumbai Star is a celebration of ambition, desire, heartbreak, the cost of chasing glory, and the importance of having a mentor to live a life of value.
