1. Registration & Check-In:

Registration Time: Please arrive at the venue by 8:30 AM for check-in.

Check-In Location: The registration desk is located at the entrance of the One All Arena for Sports.

Check-in ends: All the participants should be before 12:00pm. No entry after 12:00pm.

ID Verification: Bring a valid ID for verification.

2. Event Schedule:

Tournament Start Time: 9:00 AM sharp

Matches will be played in rounds, and the schedule will be shared with participants at check-in. Be on time to avoid forfeiting your match.

3. Tournament Format:

Singles & Doubles: Both singles and doubles categories are available.

Gender Categorie: Boys/Girls singles, Boys/Girls doubles, Mixed double (1boy, 1girl)

Match Format:

Selections: 21 points match

Quarter finals: 21 points match

Semi finals: 21 points match

Finals: 21 points match

4. Equipment & Attire:

Shuttlecocks: Official tournament-grade shuttlecocks will be provided.

Rackets: Participants are responsible for bringing their own rackets.

Attire: Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required for all players. No jeans or sandals allowed.

5. Code of Conduct:

Respect: All players must respect the referees, tournament officials, and fellow participants.

Sportsmanship: Play fair and maintain good sportsmanship throughout the event. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.

Mobile Phones: Keep mobile phones on silent during matches. Use them only during breaks.

6. Scoring & Refereeing:

Official Referees: Each court will have an official referee to monitor the matches and enforce the rules.

Scoring: All matches will follow the rally point system. A point is scored on every serve, and games are won when a player or team reaches 11 / 21 points.

7. Prizes & Awards:

Winners: Cash prize, Trophies and Certificate will be awarded to the top players in each category.

Runner-Up: Cash prize, Trophies and Certificates will also be given to the runners-up.

All the participants will get E-certificate

8. Safety & Medical Support:

First Aid: First aid kits will be available at the venue. If you need medical assistance, contact a tournament official immediately.

Hydration: Stay hydrated during the event. Water stations will be available throughout the venue.

9. Event Photography & Media:

Photos: By participating in the tournament, you consent to event photos being taken and used for promotional purposes.

Video Coverage: Some matches may be filmed for future promotional material.

10. Additional Information:

Refreshments: Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

Parking: Ample parking is available at the venue. Please follow all posted parking instructions.
