1. Punctuality is Key – The event will start on time, so please arrive early to complete the check-in process. Entry after 12:00 pm will not be allowed.


2. Venue Rules – The workshop will take place at the IIT Bombay classrooms. Please respect the institute’s property and maintain cleanliness at all times.


3. No Food or Drinks – Eating inside the classrooms is strictly prohibited. Kindly use the designated areas outside for snacks or meals.


4. Professional Conduct – Any form of misbehaviour, disruption, or misconduct will lead to immediate removal from the event without compensation.


5. ID Verification – Attendees must carry a valid photo ID and their event registration confirmation for entry.


6. No Re-entry – Once you leave the venue, re-entry may not be allowed unless explicitly permitted by the event organisers.


7. Recording and Photography – Audio/video recording of the sessions is not allowed unless pre-approved by the Edunautic team. However, photography for personal use is permitted.


8. Respect Speaker Time – To ensure a focused learning environment, please avoid unnecessary disruptions during the sessions.


9. Mobile Phones on Silent – Keep your mobile phones in silent mode to avoid disturbing the speakers and fellow participants.


10. Emergency Protocols – In case of any emergency, please follow the instructions of the event staff and security personnel.
