A year ago my order was delivered on time , and it made me order again without hesitation now too this year .) Order no ##78929 I was in for a shock . Order of 26th April , despatched on 27th April has not reached me at all on the said delivery date of 2nd May 2026 Urban Platter customer care number is out of order, their delivery partner Delhivery shows no response whatsoever , happily sending me a mail stating it is a week late that too on the delivery date , not before . No customer care number that works there , either . Am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with the whole situation. I will now recommend that if you choose to order anything from Urban Platter , be ready for a disappointment like me .Read More

Edit: I posted about a negative experience I had, but Khushi from UP stepped up and made sure I got a replacement order for ALL the items I requested. So I want to thank her personally for making sure that customer service actually did their jobs and not just took the easy route to resolution that was not in my best interest. Because of her efforts, I will try UP again the next time I need a specialty product. I have not changed my mind about the delivery company, though. I ordered online and they shipped 3 items from Delhi to me in Mumbai. It arrived to the delivery hub close to me 1 day late. They didn’t deliver. I posted on their WhatsApp chat they told me to wait a day. It still didn’t come. They didn’t respond! No one answers the phone. It arrived 5 days late - package damaged, missing one item, a jar of gherkins broken, and gherkins juice damaging the orhe item! And I still can’t get an agent to talk to me! Your service is just as bad as my experience with Swiggy! If I didn’t have luck getting my canned tomatoes you would only be getting 1 star! And DTDC is a horrible shipping company! You can’t get ahold of them either! I blame Urban Platter because they packed it and chose the shipping company.Read More
