Participants will learn about Amazon seller account fundamentals, including live and active account overview, account registration processes, product listing creation, and listing optimization techniques. The workshop also introduces Amazon advertising fundamentals, order management workflows, payment settlement mechanisms, claim and damage processes, and promotional activity planning, aligned with current marketplace practices.
