We had an amazing experience at Aqua Vibes Water Park 🌊✨ Everything was perfect — the staff was very polite, the cleanliness was impressive, and even the washrooms were properly maintained and clean. The food was super delicious too! Honestly, I had never eaten such tasty food at any water park before. 🍔😋 A special appreciation to all the helpers and the staff members standing near the rides for our safety — they were extremely polite, helpful, and caring throughout the visit. ✔️ However, one thing that disappointed us was that most of the amusement park rides were not working. We were only able to enjoy 2 rides. I hope next time all the rides will be open and properly operational. Also, the wave pool water was not very clean and looked quite dirty, which should definitely be improved for a better experience. Overall, it was still a good experience and we would love to visit again with better ride availability and cleaner wave pool water. 💙Read More

I visited Aqua Venture with my family and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst water park experiences I have had. The overall safety, hygiene, maintenance, and customer service standards were far below expectations. The water appeared dirty, and in several areas there seemed to be visible slime buildup. The lockers were rusted, greasy, and poorly maintained, yet visitors are charged extra to use them. The changing and storage facilities looked neglected and in need of immediate attention. The food preparation area was open and lacked basic cleanliness standards. From what I observed, hygiene did not appear to be a priority. It was one of the dirtiest food-service setups I have seen at a recreational facility. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff. Most of them appeared uninterested, unprofessional, and unconcerned about guest experience or safety. When issues were raised, there was little effort to address them seriously. Instead of listening to customer feedback, some staff members responded with a “take it or leave it” attitude. One response that particularly surprised me was when a staff member suggested that I should visit other water parks to realize how good their facility supposedly is. Rather than accepting feedback and working to improve, they seemed more interested in defending poor standards. Throughout the park, there appeared to be a lack of proper supervision, attention to cleanliness, and focus on customer satisfaction. Families visit such places expecting a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable environment, but that was not my experience here. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend Aqua Venture to families looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed water park. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in improving safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training. Until then, visitors should come with very low expectations and at their own risk.Read More

We visited Aqua vibe park last weekend ,it was a great experience, the staff was courteous and well behaved . Food was also tasty 😋….. the changing rooms And washrooms were well maintained…. my family thourghly enjoyed the day …. Highly recommended 👍Read More
