If you are looking for a fantastic family weekend getaway in Bengaluru, Aquarium Paradise (located near Palace Grounds) is an absolute must-visit. It has quickly become one of the city's most buzzing hotspots, drawing massive weekend footprints of excited families, tourists, and school groups eager to explore its massive layout. The scale of this place is incredible, boasting an impressive collection of both freshwater and vibrant marine life. You get to see everything from exotic Lionfish, Titan Triggers, and Upside-down Jellyfish to unique, rare species. However, the undisputed crown jewel of the entire experience is the 180-foot-long underwater tunnel—the largest of its kind in India. Walking through it feels completely surreal as majestic sharks, large rays, and graceful sea turtles glide right over your head. To top it off, the live mermaid shows daily 4times at 1 pm 3 pm 5pm and 6.40 pm add a spectacular touch of magic that leaves everyone spellbound. I recently visited Aquarium Paradise with my kids, and it was a thoroughly joyful experience from start to finish. Seeing the pure wonder and excitement in my kids' eyes as we walked through the massive shark tunnel was worth every bit of the trip. They were completely glued to the glass panels, pointing out the colorful corals and trying to count the fish darting past. Parent Tip: The footfalls can get quite heavy on weekends. It’s a great place to explore a wide variety of fishes and aquatic animals, making it both fun and educational for children as well as adults. The entire place is well maintained, clean, and nicely organized, which makes walking through the exhibits very comfortable. It’s definitely one of the better places to visit with kids if you’re looking for an outing that combines entertainment with learning. Ticket prices are around ₹400 per person, which feels reasonable considering the experience. One of the highlights is the mermaid show conducted on weekends, which adds an extra element of excitement, especially for kids. Food is available inside, but prices are on the expensive side compared to outside options. Aquarium Paradise 🐠✨ * Truly a beautiful and refreshing place to visit with family and kids. * The aquarium is very clean, well-maintained, and designed beautifully with different themes and lighting effects. * There are so many varieties of fishes — from colorful small fishes to rare exotic species. The jellyfish section and underwater tunnel were the main highlights for me. * The lighting and mirror effects make the whole place look magical and perfect for photos. * Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. * Mermaid show is worth watching, especially from the tunnel area. Better to reach early for good seating as weekends can get crowded. * Food court is available at the end, though food is slightly expensive. * Ample parking space available, but it is paid parking. * Ticket price feels reasonable for the overall experience, and kids will definitely enjoy it a lot. ✅ Overall, Aquarium Paradise is a peaceful and enjoyable place to spend 2–3 hours, especially if you love marine life or want a relaxing family outing.Read More

Good place for kids but the price is too much for a 2hr max time u can spend inside. The tunnel is long but the total width is hardly any fishes 12 feet with one side people waiting to see mermaid show. The show is good but the view is not so good as it was heavily crowded and no place for aged people to sit. I think it should be frequently to avoid the rush. They also serve food there which is good but there should be more space to dine as people have been throwing rubbish and food on seats.Read More

A superb place for Family Fun. Visited on 25th Jan 2026. First things first - There is ample 4 wheeler parking. Tickets are Rs 449 for kids and Rs 499 for adults. Plan for about 3 hours. The place is awesome for family fun especially with kids. I had initially gone assuming just a few common fish on display but there's many many fish on display. All the fish tanks are enhanced with murals to create thematic and naturalist environment. The jelly fish area is supeb and the mirror and light effect make the experience a visual treat. The tunnel is quite good and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tip - Go on days that have the Mermaid Show. While it's a short show, it's quite good. Plan to be in the tunnel at the time of the mermaid show and watch it from there, or reach the viewing area at least an hour and a half before the show if you want to sit and watch. Even if you don't get a seat, there ample standing space.Read More
