Founded in February 2021 by brothers Sarthak and Shashwat Karkare, St. Cyril aims to create palatable rock music incorporating both old and new elements from the genre.

With their many years of experience fronting the alternative rock band 'Unohu' and compelled to start afresh in the middle of the pandemic, the brothers combined their love for old-school rock n roll with their modern tastes and learnings, hoping to recreate the magic of their favourite pop

numbers for a broader world audience, largely fed on layers of produced electronica and seemingly starved for hooky rock music.

Working largely from their home studio, the duo have been focused on creating a diverse body of work over the past year with a 3-track EP and album due for release this year.
