The simple dot style maybe beautifully aesthetic to the eye but has a far more deeper purpose; to disguise the sacred meanings behind the stories of the paintings.

Aboriginal artworks painted in acrylic are a beautiful blend of traditional and contemporary styles. The dot techniques give the paintings a 3D effect and a sense of movement and rhythm. Materials required :

- Acrylic paints

- Surface : Canvas/ Wooden coaster or tray or box/ Glass bottle/ Marble/ Pebble or any other flat surface to paint on.

- Pencil with eraser at back

- Toothpicks

- Earbuds or Q-tips

- Pen cap with flat surface

- Painting brush

- Tissues
