This March, Anjeer hosts Chef Kunzes Angmo of Artisanal Alchemy for an immersive Ladakhi Meal Pop-Up - a rare dining experience shaped by heritage, restraint, and the quiet intelligence of a cold desert. Together, they bring forward a table that seldom travels : a Ladakhi meal rooted in ancestral knowledge, ecological sensitivity, and deep respect for origin.
Presented as a thoughtfully curated courses, the experience unfolds through foraged Himalayan ingredients, ancient fermentation, preservation-led cooking, and heirloom recipes.
Each course carries narrative - offering an intimate exploration of Ladakh’s landscapes, seasons, and culinary memory.
