Rooted in Japan, Omakase is a ritual of trust. A pause from choosing. An experience grounded in respect for the ingredient, the craft, and the hands behind it.
At ate Omakase, that philosophy is reimagined through specialty coffee. Guided by a personal barista, guests experience a multi-course coffee omakase featuring rare beans such as Geisha, microlots, and internationally sourced specialty coffees, paired thoughtfully with artisanal desserts.
The first edition of ate Omakase, titled Textures, explores coffee through four distinct sensory expressions: Ethereal, Slippery, Syrupy, and Transient, each designed to highlight a unique mouthfeel and flavour experience across the course.
Set around a minimalist counter designed for focus and connection, every drink unfolds through texture, aroma, and flavour in a calm, immersive setting.
Guests may choose to explore a single expression or experience the full progression, which can be availed at the store itself.
Whether you’re deeply familiar with coffee or simply curious to experience it differently, ate Omakase invites you to slow down and explore coffee as a considered, multi-sensory experience.
