Azul Tournament Format

Preliminary Rounds:

Each player plays 3 games of Azul. Players are shuffled and assigned to tables with 3–4 players per game.

Scoring: Players earn Tournament Points (TP) based on their rank in each game:

1st place – 5 TP

2nd place – 3 TP

3rd place – 2 TP

4th place – 1 TP

(In case of a tie in a game, points for the tied ranks are averaged.)

Finalist Selection: After 3 games, the Top 4 players on the leaderboard (based on total TP, then total Azul score across all games as a tiebreaker) qualify for the Final Table.

🏁 Finals: The Top 4 finalists will play one final game of Azul.

All rules follow the standard Azul rulebook.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the format if necessary for fair play or time constraints.

In case of disputes, the tournament moderator's decision is final.
