We all have come across this character "Unconscious Bias" which contributes to the drama in our lives 

We make decisions or it happens unconsciously? 

Lets understand and demystify Unconscious Bias with Team TFT  

Join us for this interesting forum on Unconscious Bias

Mode of facilitation : Participative Theatre Method 

 In this format bunch of actors (4-5) will play certain conflicting situations which the audience can relate with. We stop the scene at a high point and call for perspectives from the audience, here spectators become " spect-actors " 

This will be a very interesting forum to get perspectives where the solution seekers and givers are in the same forum. We close the session with acceptance, as its the first step for change  

After every scene the audience can add their perspective by,  

1. Being one of our characters or 

2. Being a totally new character in the same scene  

 The advantage of this process is that we will be respecting multiple perspectives, and consensus can be brought out.
