Event & Registration Details

● Venue: One All Arena for Sports, Karmanghat, Hyderabad.

● Dates: September 18th and 19th.

● Check-in Deadline: Players must check-in between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM on the day they are scheduled to play.

● Late Arrival Policy: Players who check in after 12:00 PM will be disqualified, and no refund will be issued.

● Open Tournament: The tournament is an open format. Teams and opponents will be decided solely by the initial pooling process, not by age group.

Player Eligibility & Conduct

● Eligibility: The tournament is open to participants above 10 years of age and is only for non-medalist players.

● Coaches: Coaches are not allowed to participate. If a player is found to be a coach, they will be disqualified without a refund.

● Mandatory Footwear: Non-marking shoes are mandatory. Players choosing to play barefoot do so at their own risk; management is not responsible for any injuries sustained.

● Prohibited Items/Behavior: Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.

● No Visitors Policy: Only registered players are allowed on the tournament premises. Visitors, including parents, friends, and relatives, are strictly not permitted.

● Disruptive Behavior: Failure to comply with any T&C or causing a nuisance will result in disqualification, potential legal action, and no refund.

Match Rules & Decisions

● Knockout Rounds: Selection Rounds, Quarter-Finals, and Semi-Finals will be knockout matches played to 21 points.

● Finals Format: The Finals will be played as the best of 3 sets, with each set played to 15 points.

● Umpire's Decision: The umpire's decision is final. Players must not argue with the umpire.

● Cheating Suspicion: If you suspect cheating, you must immediately inform the organizers for consideration of a reserve or re-match.

● Team Pooling is Final: The teams decided during the initial pool formation are final. Any argument during team pooling, or requests to change teams (e.g., to avoid playing a friend), will result in the player being disqualified.

Prize Pool & Logistics

● Prize Pool: The total prize pool will be between 35,000/- and 40,000/- and will not exceed the maximum limit.

● No Bargaining: The cash prize amounts are fixed. Any attempt by a winner or runner-up to bargain the amount will result in disqualification, the prize being withheld, and no refund.

● Parking: Two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking is available in designated areas only.

● Food/Beverages: Food and beverages will not be provided by management. Participants may bring their own or purchase from outside stalls.

● Accommodation: Rooms are available for non-local participants at separate charges for AC and non-AC options.

● Personal Belongings: Management and venue staff are not responsible for the safety or security of any personal belongings.
