Banng offers an authentic exploration of Thai cuisine, drawing on the shared histories, stories, spices and eating traditions across two cultures. Its Bangkok-inspired plates and BANNG’in cocktails showcase traditional Thai recipes made from scratch, with fresh pastes, curries and sauces prepared in-house and key ingredients sourced directly from Thailand.

For Restaurant Week India, the second edition expands from three cities to ten, running October 16 to November 1, 2026, with more than 100 restaurants, new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ drops. Banng joins the celebration with a 3-course menu featuring signature dishes and chef favourites.
