For Restaurant Week India, Bar Sama presents an opportunity to explore its distinctive approach to Thai-inspired cooking, guided by Chef Vichita Kumar’s intuitive style. Drawing on memory, experimentation and experience across kitchens in Mumbai and Bengaluru, her cooking focuses on clarity, balance and discipline.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
