The second edition of the curated dining festival expands from three cities to ten, running October 16 to November 1, 2026, with more than 100 restaurants, new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ drops. Bawri in BKC explores regional Indian cooking through traditional recipes and open-fire techniques, drawing on Punjabi, Kashmiri, Awadhi, Hyderabadi, Manipuri, Bihari and Goan influences. Its cooking spans tandoor, charcoal and slow cooking, bringing together a menu rooted in warmth, nostalgia and Indian culinary traditions.
