Meeting Point:

For people traveling in their own vehicle:

You may reach the campsite directly. Mobile network coverage is poor in the region. Plan to reach the campsite by 6:10 PM.

OR reach Dogra Food Mall, Kasara before 3:10 PM and follow our vehicles to the campsite.

For Kasara Pickup & Drop:

Participants opting for pickup and drop from Kasara need to board the CSMT-Kasara local train at the nearest station. Once at Kasara station (2:47 PM), the Trek Leader will guide you to the jeeps, which will take you to the campsite. The journey includes a halt at a Dhaba for refreshments before proceeding. In case of train cancellations, participants must reach Kasara station via alternative transport.

Day 1: Arrival & Fireflies Experience

06:10 PM – Arrival at the campsite & brief introduction

07:00 PM – Group activities & tent allocation

09:30 PM – Dinner (Veg/Jain/Non-Veg)

10:30 PM – Guided fireflies walk ✨

Overnight – Relax, enjoy the weather, and experience nature

Day 2: Morning & Return Journey

07:00 AM – Wake-up call & freshen up

08:15 AM – Breakfast ☕🍽️

10:00 AM – Departure from the campsite

02:00-03:00 PM – Estimated arrival in Mumbai (subject to traffic)

📌 A WhatsApp group will be created 3 hours before the event for coordination.

📌 Mobile network issues at Bhandardara may make phone calls difficult.

📌 It’s recommended to meet us at Kasara for easy coordination.
