Earlier this year Big Bang Blues won the Blues Band Hunt and played at the prestigious Mahindra Blues Festival 2024. They followed it up with a multicity tour in April with the release of the LIVE Album 'Big Bang Blues Live at Pianoman'. The 7th Nov band line up features two special guest musicians - the legendary Lew Hilt on Bass and the young and talented Anand Verma on Guitar along with original band members Diyatom Dev in vocals, Naman Dutta on Drums and Sushant Thakur on Guitar. Formed in 2009 by blues guitarist Sushant Thakur. The band plays Blues, Blues Rock and Rock 'n' Roll music .

Since the line-up change in 2016 with Diyatom Deb joining as lead vocalist, the band has played multiple tours across India. They released several original songs and played more than 150 gigs. In 2021, they won the award for the 'Best Blues Song' for 'Slow is the Tide' at the India Independent Music Awards organized by Artists Aloud. Their music is available on all audio streaming platforms.
