We want to go beyond the polished version of success and get into the messy, funny and often invisible bits behind it, the choices that changed things, failures, uncomfortable lessons, moments of self-doubt, starting over and learning to back yourself.

The conversation will bring together women from different creative and professional worlds to talk honestly about how they built their own paths, what they’ve had to sacrifice or unlearn along the way, and what “having your big girl pants on” actually means to them.
