Before the Event

👉Late Arrivals: Participants arriving late may miss important instructions or game setups.

👉Respect Venue Rules: Follow all rules set by the event venue.

👉Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

👉Game Etiquette: Be mindful of game rules and sportsmanship. Cheating or arguing will not be tolerated.

👉No Alcohol/Substance: This is an alcohol-free event. Please do not bring or consume alcoholic beverages or intoxicating substances (before, during), including but not limited to tobacco, hookah, vaping, etc, to maintain a safe and family-friendly atmosphere.

During the Event

👉Clean Hands: Please wash or sanitise your hands before touching any board games.

👉Game Time Limits: Please respect these time restrictions as instructed by the moderators.

👉Respect the Game Masters: Please listen to their instructions and respect the rules of each game.

👉Have Fun: Enjoy the games, meet new people, and make the most of your time at the event.

👉No Profanity or Vulgarity: Let’s keep the atmosphere friendly and welcoming for all ages and people.

👉No Stealing: Any missing or damaged items can negatively affect everyone’s experience. We may levy a penalty fee or ban you from future events.
