Today we visited the trampoline park and had an amazing experience. The place was clean, safe, and full of fun activities. Staff was friendly and supportive. We have come for this fun lonavala holiday and decided to go to bouncing Brothers.. our 4 kids were super excited... At first they decided to enjoy the game zone... we were told there are only 2 working. Then we decided to go ahead with the 1 hour trampoline.. to our disappointment the AC was non functional and a lot of broken things.. our kids came out in 20 mins.. Then we tried the dashing car... unfortunately we thought of using 4 cars out of 5.. to enjoy some dashing.. but we were told that only 3 can be used.. I don't understand then why do you have 5 cars in the dashing car zone.. so we went ahead with 3.. and of the 3 also only 2 were really functional cars.. so I see this as a total waste of our time money and energy... because nothing really was fun for our kids.. Except that we enjoyed the massage chairs.. which we had to ask them to sanitize before stepping in... I would really not recommend this place to anyone as the people here are also not co operative at all. An experience we will never forget to tell our friends and family so that they do not face this disappointment which we faced.. Horrible experience!!!!
