I had a frustrating experience with the bowling offer that was supposed to be valid on Thursdays at half price. When I recharged my card, I was told this offer could be redeemed any time during a Thursday and would be available for 20 days. However, within that same period, the offer was suddenly discontinued without any prior notice. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise the issue, the manager was unavailable and no staff member took responsibility or offered a proper explanation. There was zero accountability, and it felt like no one cared about the inconvenience caused to customers. Overall, the experience was not good, and I wouldn't recommend relying on any promotions they advertise. It’s unfortunate, because it could have been easily resolved with clear communication and better customer service.Read More
