

Join us for a deeply immersive breathwork & sound bath experience this Easter weekend.
This session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and allow the body and mind to settle into a state of deep relaxation and awareness.
We will begin with gentle breathwork to bring the awareness to yourself.
From there, you will be guided into a meditative sound journey using instruments such as a gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and a rain stick.
The vibrations of these instruments help release tension, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of harmony.
We will finish with chanting to help the mind and body slowly and softly come to the present moment.
Allow yourself this space to pause, reset, and simply receive.
