About the Event
India’s only festival dedicated to bass-heavy sounds, Budweiser Bass Camp Festival 2015, a property of Krunk, is back with a four-city tour. Think progressive electronic, future bass, glitch-hop, footwork, dubstep, trap and drum and bass— the sounds the festival has been dedicatedly pushing for the past five years.
The Bass Camp has successfully grown into a platform synonymous with some of the most legendary artists and freshest sounds around the world and its past editions have featured artists like Alix Perez, London Elektricity, Mr. Bill, Calyx & Teebee, Koan Sound and Dub Phizix. Gaudi
A global favorite in the electronica and dub reggae music scenes, UK based producer keeps things old-school by performing on stage without a computer. His incredible sonic manipulations are interwoven with a live theremin, Moog, vocoder, tape echoes, percussion and live vocals.
Soom T
Soom T was born and raised in Scotland, creating songs within the reggae, hip-hop, folk, electronic and dub genres, with various experimentations centred on spiritual enlightenment, unique sound wave generation and manipulation utilising the voice and word power.
ALO WALA
Alo Wala is Shivani Ahlowalia, a Chicago-born, multi-lingual bass music rapper. Her work is the result of a tight-collaboration with tropical bass pioneers Copia Doble Systema. Their live show features charged vocals by Alo Wala, hefty-percussion by Clerici and live visuals from VJ Mad Es.
