Shiva and Akbar were the highlight of the entire experience, setting the tone with their calm professionalism and genuine helpfulness from the moment we arrived. The bowling arena itself was well organised, clean, and efficiently managed, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. Shiva, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and supportive attitude, always present when needed and ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His friendly approach made the place feel welcoming rather than transactional, which is rare and appreciated. Akbar complemented this perfectly with his prompt assistance and clear communication, keeping everything running without delays. Overall, the experience felt enjoyable, well managed, and human, driven largely by staff who clearly care about doing their job well.Read More

Had an absolutely fantastic experience celebrating my daughter Kriti’s birthday at Bustterz, Galleria Mall, Panjagutta. We hosted her party here last night for around 18 kids, and every single one of them had an absolute blast. The gaming zone kept them fully engaged and excited throughout — it was pure joy watching them have so much fun! A special shoutout to the incredible staff, especially Prakash and Nisha, who were extremely courteous, helpful, and proactive from start to finish. They ensured everything ran smoothly and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. The decorations done for Kriti were beautiful and thoughtfully arranged — it added such a special touch to the celebration. The team was very understanding of our requests and made every effort to accommodate them perfectly. Overall, the entire experience was seamless, joyful, and memorable for both kids and adults. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend Bustterz for anyone looking to host a fun-filled and hassle-free party. Thank you once again to the entire team for making Kriti’s birthday so special!Read More

It was really bad experience, their staff are very rude. I was playing basketball, and I was continuingly winning so their staff turned off the game from behind and said it needs repair. They turned the game off in front of me. I recommend not to go to this place. Also their BOWLING is also in very cheap quality. The pins are broken and also the machine. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.Read More
