Well, these 4 stars are only for that lady staff who helped me try out their perfumes and recommended a particular one which smelled so good. She was kind and helpful and seemed well informed. She helped me try their testers and suggested I go with the one called ''Goddess'' which actually smelled great! Besides this, i didnt find anything else commendable. The lady at the trial room is actually slightly rude. Didnt end up buying anything because the qualit or texture of the clothes didnt look like they were worth the price / would last long. More like fast fashion. ABout 5yrs ago westside's collectiosn were good. I wouldnt say the same now. ALso we had to leave in a hurry as we were already running late.Read More

AVOID! PS Emailed the email they say to email as a response on Google Reviews already. FUTURE customers( if any!)— please read reviews of how this store forces membership upon you!! SANDHESH — this review is “sandhesh” (news) for you & for your manager & next higher up. Despite firmly telling you NO 4 TIMES for a Westside membership — you forced one upon my bill. I saw through ALL of your tricks & gimmicks to try to get me to pay 400 & get a “free” this that or donate. Then when you were called else where in the store, I heard you in Kannada tell your cashier colleague you “explained” membership “already” to me. Ridiculous. You have zero customer service & because of you — Westside lost a long-standing loyal customer.Read More
