Encamp Adventures, a renowned adventure tourism company, has recently partnered with a local camping service provider based in Arunachal Pradesh, India. This collaboration aims to add sustainable revenue to the locals instead of taking away their revenue-earning potential. Encamp Adventures recognises the importance of empowering the local community and ensuring they benefit from the tourism industry.

About the festival:

Geography: Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh. Ziro has been recently listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.

Distance from Guwahati: 434Kms takes approx. 15 hours to drive on Bus and around 12 hours on self-drive

Distance from Naharlagun (nearest railway station): 101Kms takes approx. 5 hours by Sumo

Main attraction: 

1. Indie music with diverse upcoming artists and some big names who do the major crowd-pulling.

2. Local Apong (rice beer) gets you high slow and steady. The Apatani culture and people are sweethearts.

3. Local cuisine (think about frog legs)

4. A niche crowd of music lovers who are definitely affluent enough to pay approx Rs 10,000/- for 4Day passes (its expensive than Sunburn)
