Capoeira Global brings to you an online Capoeira workshop which is a Brazilian Martial art that is suitable for individuals of all ages. This unique form of art is a combination of self-defense, music, acrobatics and dance. During this workshop you will learn how exercise can be made fun and focus on enhancing your flexibility, strength as well as increase your stamina and co-ordination. It will be a one hour session on Zoom app conducted by Estrela and assisted by Cavalo.

No previous experience of any form of training is required, just the interest to learn something new and challenge your inner capabilities.
