

Introducing Chef’s Table at Trèsind - an experimental 10-course tasting experience that journeys through regional diversity, culinary philosophies, and chef tributes. The series opens with a Malvani exploration, reinterpreting traditional flavors through contemporary techniques, conceptual storytelling and immersive dining. Viewed through Chef Sarfaraz's lens, elevating Malvani cuisine to a stage of Global Indian gastronomy. An intimate, chef-led experience designed to celebrate regional heritage while pushing the boundaries of Modernist Indian cuisine.
On 19th March, the experience will evolve into a special four-hands collaboration as he will be joined by Chef Surekha Walke, a renowned Malvani culinary expert and founder of Chaitanya Assal Malvani Bhojan who has delighted diners with her authentic Malvani cuisine for over three decades. Together, they will present an intimate, chef-led experience celebrating regional heritage while pushing the boundaries of Modernist Indian cuisine.
