Cocktailology — Learn the Language of Cocktails is an immersive masterclass led by Karl Fernandes, the renowned beverage concept curator behind Roc-A-Coe’s cocktail program. During this experience, Karl will guide guests through the philosophy, techniques, and creativity that shape the bar’s approach to modern cocktails.

The experience begins with a welcome cocktail, as Karl introduces guests to the fundamentals of cocktail making — exploring flavour balance, ingredients, and techniques used behind the bar.

Guests will then step behind the bar for a guided hands-on session, where they will prepare a cocktail themselves under the supervision of the team.

The experience concludes with one of Roc-A-Coe’s signature cocktails, allowing guests to relax, enjoy the drink, and hear more about the bar’s cocktail philosophy.
