Comal celebrates the bold, complex flavours of Mexican cuisine, drawing inspiration from its roots in ancient civilisations and the influences of colonisation. Guided by Chef Varun Pereira's appreciation for the cuisine’s savoury depth, the restaurant pairs its food philosophy with a warm, characterful space inspired by traditional Mexican cantinas, featuring mural art, an altar, Talavera tiles and papel picado-inspired wooden panels.

For Restaurant Week India, Comal presents a 3-course menu that reflects its approach to Mexican cuisine, highlighting the bold flavours and rich culinary heritage that define the restaurant.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
