Confluence returns on 17th January 2026 with an inspiring and deeply reflective edition that invites you to pause, question, and reconnect. As a flagship, talk-based gathering, Confluence brings together thinkers, creators, and changemakers from diverse fields to share ideas and lived experiences that influence how we engage with the world and understand ourselves within it.

In an era dominated by digital mirrors, where timelines, stories, and carefully curated identities surround us at all times, the line between reality and performance continues to blur. This year’s theme, Mirror Glitch, explores this distortion. It reflects on the quiet disconnect that emerges when online validation begins to shape self-worth, when comparison replaces contentment, and when authenticity feels harder to access.

Mirror Glitch opens up conversations around vulnerability, mental health, success, failure, imposter syndrome, and the constant pressure to appear “put together.” It asks us to confront the versions of ourselves we project, the stories we hide behind, and the courage it takes to show up as we truly are. Through honest reflection and shared human experiences, the theme urges us to reclaim agency in a noisy, fast-moving, and hyper-visible world.

Through a series of powerful talks and narratives, Confluence’26 creates space for ideas that are personal yet universal.
