1) Attendees/visitors will be allowed to enter only if they have a valid ticket.

2) Tickets are for personal/private use only and are non-transferable and non-returnable.

3) No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost and stolen tickets.

4) All attendees may be subject to security checks/searches.

5) Age policy : Under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 13 do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

6) Attendees are responsible for any minors you bring to the event.

7) Vallet service will be provided by the organisers, but parking is at owner's risk.

8) Changes to last minute performances or programming do not entitle you a refund.

9) You consent to emergency medical care /transport at your own cost if required.

10) Craftwale assumes no liablity for medical care actions or consequences.

11) By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice and likeness in promotional material without compensation.

12) Craftwale may record and use event footage for its promotional purposes on all social media and other platforms.

13) Unauthorized sponsorships, promotional activity, or merchandise sales are not permitted on site.

14) You are liable for any damage or loss caused to property, venue, or other individual.

15) Keep the venue clean and dispose the waste responsibly.

16) Craftwale may amend these terms and conditions at any time, continued use constitutes acceptance.

17) Strictly prohibited: No raffles, gambling, or games of chance are allowed.

18) Smoking is not permitted inside the designated area of the fair.

19) No pets allowed.

20) Organisers of the fair/Craftwale are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products of any individual/attendee/visitor under any circumstances.

21) The music/concerts will end at sharp 11 pm.

22) Attendees below age of 18 must carry their any government / school id that confirms their age.
