Terms & Conditions for Cubbon Jams

1. Registration & Entry: 

  - All participants must register in advance to secure their spot. Limited slots available for performances.

  - Entry is open to all, but prior registration is required to perform. Attendees without registration can join as the audience.

2. Event Participation:  

  - Open mic slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  - Performers should keep their acts within a 10-minute time limit.

  - Participants must respect the space and the audience. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Starbucks Combo Offer:  

  - The special Starbucks combo (beverage + snack) is exclusively available for event attendees.

  - The offer is valid only on the event day and cannot be exchanged for other items or services.

4. Intellectual Property:  

  - By attending and performing at Cubbon Jams, participants grant us the right to capture photos/videos during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the event organizers in advance.

5. Event Timing & Changes:  

  - The event will take place as per the schedule communicated during registration. Any changes in the timing will be notified promptly to all registered attendees.

  - The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors.

6. Safety & Conduct:  

  - Participants are expected to follow all venue rules and guidelines set by Starbucks and event organizers.

  - All attendees must adhere to appropriate behavior throughout the event. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from the venue.

7. Liability Disclaimer:  

  - By attending Cubbon Jams, all participants agree that the event organizers and Starbucks are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the event.

  - Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending the event.

8. Refunds & Cancellations:  

  - There are no refunds for registration once confirmed. In case of an unavoidable cancellation, participants will be notified in advance.
