Dashugs is a folk-rock band from Ladakh, formed in April 2020, dedicated to the preservation and revival of traditional Ladakhi folk music. The band blends indigenous Ladakhi sounds and cultural traditions with contemporary musical influences. Its members are also founding members of the Musical Society of Ladakh (MSL), established to support local musicians and preserve Ladakh’s cultural heritage through modern expression.
