Dakshin by ITC Hotels has celebrated the diverse culinary traditions of South India since 1989. Its menu explores the regional cuisines of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, spanning coastal seafood, traditional curries and lesser-known regional specialities. Its approach honours the distinct flavours and enduring food traditions of the five southern states it represents.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
