Step into a powerful evening of movement, release, and deep inner connection through a guided 5Rhythms-style dance meditation journey, followed by a soothing handpan sound healing session.
The experience begins with a shamanic energy cleansing ritual using sacred items from Peru, helping to clear stagnant energy and create a grounded, safe container for the journey.
From there, participants are guided through a 5Rhythms movement meditation, where music and rhythm invite the body to move naturally through different energetic phases — from grounded and flowing movements to expressive and liberating release.
Unlike structured dance classes, 5Rhythms is not about choreography or performance. It is a somatic and meditative practice where you move freely, listening to the intelligence of your body. This process allows participants to release stress, emotions, and mental tension that are often stored in the body through daily life.

The facilitator, Aishwarya Kumar, is trained in psycho-somatic medicine and movement-based therapeutic practices in Europe, and has facilitated movement meditation journeys for participants from multiple countries across Europe and India. She is ex-corporate from Europe, who quit her corporate life to pursue a life aligned with her higher self.
Practicals:
No dance experience is needed.
