Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or pass (digital/printed).

Gates will open at 6:00 PM and close at 10:30 PM.

Comfortable footwear is recommended for dancing.

Dedicated parking will be available near the venue; please follow signage and instructions from parking staff.

5. Dance Floor Guidelines

Respect fellow dancers; no pushing or rough play allowed.

Follow traditional Garba & Dandiya steps to avoid accidents.

6. Food & Beverages

Food stalls will serve vegetarian snacks and beverages.

Waste bins are placed across the venue – please keep the premises clean.

7. Photography & Media

Personal photography is allowed; professional shoots require prior permission.

Event organisers may record videos and photos for promotional purposes.

8. Emergency Protocol

Medical assistance is available at the venue.

In case of any emergency, approach the nearest event staff/security personnel immediately.
